Course Feedback for Instructors (CFI)

For faculty interested in getting feedback on their teaching from students at anytime during the semester, Penn offers Course Feedback for Instructors (CFI).

The CFI system allows instructors to select questions that are most relevant to their course from a bank of questions or to design their own. In addition, the feedback generated from this system is confidential, no academic administrators, deans, or students will see the results.

Instructors may also design and distribute paper forms in class. For more information or for sample forms, visit CTL’s Customized Mid-term Feedback page.

Instructors are also welcome to get feedback from CTL staff, including classroom observations if desired. For more information on consulting with CTL, click here.
