Benefits. Fellows receive salaries and benefits at competitive rates during their education and while working with development organizations. In turn they must make a commitment to continue with the program for the full two-year fellowship. Every effort will be made to match the skills, career interests and regional preferences of fellows with relevant projects and organizations.
