Abby Johnson has served as a project manager for the past two years at the Miami-Dade Empowerment Trust, focused on infill housing development, business attraction and support, and community engagement. She has also served as a community planner for the Miami Dade Office of Community and Economic Development, managing capital improvement, economic development, housing and public service projects, and as a housing coordinator with the Alachua County Housing Authority. Ms. Johnson also has experience developing and delivering Spanish language curricula and activities in an elementary school setting, and translating documents from Spanish to English. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Florida.
