Alice Martin has most recently served as a Senior Planner with the City of Somerville, MA, where she led the initiative to create a master plan for a post-industrial economic development area, managed comprehensive long-range planning and development of a mixed-use district, performed land use review for large projects and oversaw the work of staff and consultants. With Community Partners Consultants, she provided project-based planning for the Charlestown Navy Yard and researched international models for activating public waterfront spaces. She has also managed member outreach for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and evaluated business leads for a Boston-based real estate consulting practice. Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.
