Matthew Morrin most recently served as Development Manager for the National Capital Revitalization Corporation in Washington, DC, where he managed real estate projects through pre-development, financial analysis, site acquisition, closings and developer selections. Projects included predevelopment work for two moderate income condominium developments, acquisition of blighted properties for infill development and managing Requests for Proposal processes for mixed use development sites. Mr. Morrin has also worked with The Concord Group of San Francisco, CA, where he performed market and financial feasibility analyses for public and private sector clients nationwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
