Kathleen Mullin
most recently served in the Office of Housing Operations at the
City of New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development,
where she conducted operational analyses of the homeless housing
rental process and prevailing wage compliance and participated in
developing the agency's Section 3 plan and green protocol, as well
as other Department-wide initiatives. She has managed a facade improvement
program for the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation
in San Francisco, CA and has social service experience as a counselor
for homeless youth at Larkin Street Youth Center and as a teacher
at East Bay Conservation Corps in Oakland, CA. Ms. Mullin holds
a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America
and a Master's in Urban Planning from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate
School of Public Service from New York University.
