Nathaniel Mitchell has most recently served as a Sales Assistant to Principals of Chartwell Group, a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm in Cleveland, OH. In this position he conducted due diligence for acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial, office, retail and unimproved properties, designed and implemented marketing strategies tailored to client goals, functioned as leasing agent and coordinating transaction closings. Mr. Mitchell has also worked as a credit manager at Wells Fargo Financial, and is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Ohio. He has served on the Board of the Romig Road Community School – Imagine Charter Schools. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College.
