BFS Certificate
Benjamin Franklin Scholars who successfully complete 4 BFS courses (for a GRADE), graduate with at least a 3.4 GPA, and behave in a collegial manner, graduate as a BFS
Students, whether they are BFS or not, and have completed at least 7 BFS courses (for a grade and at least a 3.0 average in those 7 courses) and done a graded research project, will receive a BFS certificate. Research must be done for credit under the direction of a member of the Penn faculty; frequently this is completed as part of honors/distinction in the major. Students who are eligible to receive the certificate must return the form below by the last Tuesday in January.
