Interns will be asked to assist with occasional marketing, administrative, and development projects when needed. Interns attend the weekly staff meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with children and/or young teens
  • Flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on a team and to take direction

The internship starts any time after mid-May 2014 and runs through early August 2014. Interns work most of their hours at the museum on a Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule. When interns work with the Collection Department, they work at the Collection Research Center in East Falls.
