Depending on the scope of your project, the project’s relation to your major, and your academic status and needs, you may be eligible to ask a faculty member to work with you for independent study credit, you may be paid from the faculty sponsor’s grant, or you may be eligible to apply for a competitive research grant.
Completed research projects may be published in an array of electronic or hard-copy undergraduate research journals at Penn or elsewhere, and may be eligible for departmental and school-wide research prizes.
