In August, 2008, Judy and I traveled to Papua New Guinea for a ten day visit. There were 16 people in our group and the trip was organized by Asia Transpacific Journeys. I had a show in the Burrison Gallery of my photos from the Mt. Hagen Cultural Festival and Judy and I spoke at a PASEF luncheon about that part of the trip. But that was simply the first two days of our trip. We also spent time on a ship on the Sepik River visiting villages along the river; visited the Southern Highlands, the home of the Huli Wigmen; and finally traveled to Madang on the northern coast of PNG.
During the trip we took photos and videos. These have been edited into a number of videos/slideshows and uploaded to YouTube. Judy kept a travelogue of the trip and I have edited that and added links to the videos. There is also an index to the videos.
