David Hollenberg, University Architect, will present the topic "Penn Connects: An Overview of Current Planning and Design Initiatives".
Mr. Hollenberg, a Lecturer in PennDesign, was Associate Regional Director for the northeast region of the National Park Service before joining Penn in 2006. His recent projects include the design and construction of the National Constitution Center, Independence Visitor Center, and Liberty Bell Center. As University Architect at Penn, he is responsible for design and planning issues as well as the implementation of the Campus Development Plan, a vision of how the University can meet its long-term needs while supporting the development of a strong, diverse community as its neighbor.
