College General Requirement

The College General Requirement is designed to ensure a breadth of knowledge. Students can choose from a large number of courses which satisfy each sector of the requirement:

Huntsman students may fulfill some of these requirements with courses taken for their International Studies or Wharton curricula. For example:

History 107, Comparative Capitalist Systems, is the one course all Huntsman freshman are required to take together. This comparative economic history course introduces Huntsman students to comparative thinking in an international context and counts as an International Studies course. It also counts towards fulfilling the Humanities and Social Science Interdisciplinary requirement.
