INFORMATION FOR STUDENT GROUPS
Our event will provide you with an opportunity to gain exposure and recruit freshmen members before the start of school. Please keep in mind that if you decide to participate, you will need to staff your location the entire day. You are welcome to bring decorations for your table, but anything you bring must be cleaned up by the end of the Fair.
If you would like to be a part of NSO's Student Organization Fair, please visit our online registration site at and register by August 22, 2008 at 5:00pm. You will then be added to our database and you will be informed of updates and details about the Fair as the summer progresses. Once a substantial number has registered, your organization will be listed on the main Student Organization Fair page. Registration will close either when we run out of spots or on August 22nd, 2008 at 5pm.
Things to note:
- You must staff your table the entire time from 12pm-4pm.
- A table will be provided and set up for you by our PHINS volunteers. You are responsible for returning the table to the drop off location or else you will be issued a $50 fine.
- Tables will be pre-assigned by organization type and a map will be created, which will be distributed to both freshmen and the student groups on the day of the event.
- A member of the NSO team will be in contact with you as we get closer to the event.
- After you register, your group's information will be added to our database. We will do a weekly update on this page which will list all the participating groups.
- Performing Arts Council Groups - PAC is being given four tables, one for each of the four councils. Contact the PAC Executive Board if you are a PAC group.
- OFSA Greek Organizations - Each of the three Greek Councils (IFC, PanHel, and BIG-C) will be given a table at the fair. Please contact OFSA for more information.
