A member of the Office of General Counsel since 2004, Mr. Buller was formerly a partner with Dilworth Paxson LLP after joining that firm in 1997. At the Dilworth firm, Mr. Buller’s practice included employment, trust and estates, and non-profit issues. Mr. Buller is a 1991 cum laude graduate of Colgate University and a 1996 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Honor Boards.  A member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, he is a frequent speaker on governance issues, faculty and staff matters.  Mr. Buller is a past board member of several area non-profits and is a tutor for the Mayor’s Commission on Literacy.
