In June 2000, Eric P. Neff joined the OGC as an Associate General Counsel for Health System transactional work. Mr. Neff served most recently as Vice President for Contracting, Compliance and Legal Affairs for the Outpatient Division of NovaCare, Inc. in King of Prussia, and prior to that as counsel for NovaCare's Long Term Care Services Division. Before joining NovaCare in 1997, Eric was an associate with Wiggin & Dana in New Haven and Hartford, CT.

Mr. Neff graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A., cum laude, 1988) and earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 1992). He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) and is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
