Application for I-20/DS-2019 Form
Please click on the "Online Application Portal" below to begin the process of applying for the University of Pennsylvania Form I-20 or DS-2019 that you will need to be present in the United States for your studies at Penn.
You will need your passport and your letter of admission from Penn, including your Penn-assigned student identification number, after you enter the Online Application Portal (or, if you gave Penn a US social security number from a previous stay in the US, you may need that number instead).
Please do not use the Online Application Portal if you have already submitted a paper I-20 or DS-2019 application to us.
If for some reason you are not able to access and use the Online Application Portal, below, you may apply for your I-20 or DS-2019 using only a printed form. (But we will be unable to process applications received only via a printed form as quickly as applications submitted via the Online Application Portal.) If you cannot use the Online Application Portal, PDF versions of the application forms and instructions are available for printing and completing manually.
