Penn Abroad

Welcome to the Penn Abroad web site, a gateway to international experiences for the Penn student community.

It is estimated that every year, more than 1700 Penn students at all degree levels participate in some form of international study, research, training, or volunteer activity in nearly 50 countries around the world. These students participate in programs organized or sponsored by all four Penn undergraduate and all twelve Penn graduate and professional schools as well as in independently arranged activities.

This web site provides detailed information about international study opportunities for undergraduate students through Penn Abroad, a division of the Office of International Programs responsible for organizing programs and advising students about study abroad during the academic year on behalf of the College, Engineering, Nursing and Wharton.

For information about summer study, please contact the College of General Studies.
