With input from comments received during the symposium and via email, the manifesto drafting committee translated the many ideas voiced by the urban design public about urban design education into a concise manifesto, Educating Urban Designers for Post Carbon Cities.  The manifesto can be downloaded here.  If it resonates with you, we would like very much to have your name added to the list of contributors to the effort.  Please send us an email to afteroil@pobox.upenn.edu, noting your institutional or professional affiliation and we will add you the list of signatories.  We expect to be publishing the manifesto in various journals in several languages.
