Penn Students Are the Teachers in “Dancing With the Professors” Competition

WHAT: Dance competition modeled after TV’s “Dancing With the Stars”
WHEN: Nov. 15, 2009 6:30 p.m.
WHERE: Houston Hall, Bodek Lounge 34th and Spruce streets
Professors are the teachers in the classroom, but it’s the students who are the teachers on the dance floor for this event. Penn’s Latin and Ballroom Dancesport Team spent two months teaching the professors to waltz, tango, samba and cha cha.
The professors will be wearing costumes they’ve chosen themselves to show off their newly learned dance moves.
