RECREATION/HOUSING
Save a life, spoil a good
walk, or find a home
The Department of Recreation is offering instructional programs in lifesaving
and golf for the campus community over the next month. Courses are geared
towards both beginners and the more experienced. For complete information

GOLF INSTRUCTION:
Classes meet Wednesdays, April 5 through 26, at Franklin Field, 33rd and
Spruce streets; beginner classes meet at 11 a.m., intermediate classes
meet at noon. Fee: Faculty/staff $75, students $50.
COMMUNITY
CPR: Monday, March 27, and Wednesday, March 29, from 6 to 10 p.m.
in the Hutchinson Gym classroom, 33rd St. between the Palestra and Franklin
Field. Fee: Faculty/staff $75, students $60.
CPR FOR
THE PROFESSIONAL RESCUER: Two weekends. Saturday, March 25; Sunday,
March 26; Saturday, April 1; and Sunday, April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 6
p.m. in the Hutchinson Gym classroom. Fee: Faculty/staff $80, students
$65.
LIFEGUARD
TRAINING: How to save lives at sea or in the pool is the subject of
this two-weekend course. Saturday, March 25, Sunday, March 26, Saturday,
April 1 and Sunday, April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Hutchinson
Gym pool. Fee: Faculty/staff $170, students $130.

Home Buyers
Housing Fair: Lenders, real estate agents, insurance brokers, home
inspectors and other professionals will be on hand to answer questions,
and you can also obtain a copy of your personal credit report for $3.
