The Cornell Interactive Theatre Ensemble (CITE) CITE is an award-winning group of professional actors and facilitators who, through a number of carefully scripted scenarios and follow-up dialogue with their audiences, explore sensitive workplace issues in a safe and open forum. More than sensitivity training, participants leave CITE presentations with a deeper understanding of the dynamics of problematic situations in the workplace and strategies for managing and preventing such problems.
