Transitioning to Management

This program is designed to help new managers and supervisors transition into their roles with ease. Participants will learn why delegation is a necessary skill and receive guidance on establishing credibility and authority as a supervisor. The multi-session class meets weekly and includes online work to help familiarize participants with Penn’s resources on the Web.
