Identified flying objects

His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, Duke of York (right center), visited the Morris Arboretum Sept. 22 during his two-day visit to Philadelphia to launch a new international scholarship fund benefitting students at Simon Gratz High School. With the prince is Oliver St. Clair Franklin (left center), honorary British consul in Philadelphia, who, as a member of the Arboretum’s advisory board, arranged for the prince to stop by. About 700 people joined Andrew at a “Commonwealth Festival” the Arboretum threw in his honor.
