Witnesses for peace

MLK vigil in Houston Hall

There were no candles in the wind on the evening of Jan. 20, as the blustery weather forced participants in the annual Martin Luther King peace vigil to march from W.E.B. DuBois College House to Houston Hall bathed only in the glow of streetlights. But that didn’t stop the marchers from letting their lights shine for peace in the vigil’s program in the Hall of Flags.
