WHAT THEY DO: Franklin and Bulley keep track of the hundreds of thousands of documents and files stored in the University Records Center. When any of the more than 500 University offices that store material in the facility need to retrieve or refile documents, Franklin, Bulley and their colleagues are the ones who do the legwork.
TRIPS TO THE FILES: The Records Center handled 539,862 transactions—new deposits, file retrievals and refilings—in fiscal 2002.
