WHAT SHE DOES: Couture (left) and her assistants train the approximately 200 information technology advisers who help College House residents with their computing problems. During busy times like the beginning of the year, she gets down in the trenches with the advisers to offer direct support. Here, she helps Roger Richards, father of Nicole (C’07).
