Cat people

Amelia Kliett (left), an employee of University City’s Drew Elementary School, helps Nadege Goss, a Drew sixth grader, get ready for Halloween a little bit early at the Urban Nutrition Initiative (UNI) Harvest Festival, held at the Drew School garden on Oct. 16. Students strung beads, planted garlic, and blended up a batch of homemade pesto, all to celebrate the fall season. The UNI is run through Penn’s Center for Community Partnerships and educates students about gardening, nutrition and healthy eating.
