WHAT SHE DOES: Oshana is one of nine people responsible for reviewing every detail of research grant applications and contracts submitted by Penn faculty and researchers. In addition, Oshana and the other four top administrators in the office negotiate contracts on Penn’s behalf, provide policy and programmatic advice to departments and have the authority to sign contracts as official University representatives.
