Tulane University students displaced by Hurricane Katrina earlier this month arrived at their new, temporary home: Penn. The group gathered at Rittenhouse Labs, where they were met by Penn staff who worked to give them a quick overview of life here in West Philadelphia. The students will attend Penn this semester, free of charge, as part of the Universityís effort to help the hurricane victims.
