Global Activities Registry

Global Activities Registry

The Global Activities Registry (GAR) is Penn’s central resource for collecting information about the travel plans and activities of faculty, staff and students preparing to journey abroad.

This secured information is used to assist individuals and groups, as needed, with pre-travel preparations. It can also be used to contact travelers in emergencies and identify opportunities for closer collaboration on international research and other projects. All faculty, staff and students with a valid PennKey are authorized and encouraged to use the service.

In this edition of By The Numbers, we fly around the world with the Global Activities Registry (www.upenn.edu/globalactivities).
