The Penn Gymnastics team began its 2012 season with a third place finish at the Lindsey Ferris Invitational in Washington, D.C., finishing first out of all Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) teams.
Sixth-year Coach John Ceralde manages a roster that includes captains Kirsten Strausbaugh and Kristen Hughes, and 2011 ECAC Athlete of the Year Dana Bonincontri, who qualified for the NCAA Regionals last year and came within 0.15 points of the National Championships.
