With the New Year comes New Year’s resolutions, and for many, improving fitness is one of the top items on the list.
For Penn employees who are gym novices (and for those who aren’t), January might be the ideal time to get involved with some of the many programs and facilities offered by the Department of Recreation (Penn Rec).
From the group classes at the David Pottruck Health & Fitness Center to the treadmills at the Robert A. Fox Fitness Center, the Current takes a look at the numbers that keep the Penn community in good health.
Cost to participate in PennFit healthy lifestyle education classes and sessions for both members and nonmembers, including courses in fitness, healthy eating, and stress management.
