Handy with candy

It’s as simple as one, two, three…four…five…six, or so it appears from the look of concentration on Adnan Aziz’s (EAS’04) face. Dining Services Chef Renetta Fosque instructed him and Clara Lee (Nu’04) in the fine art of making marzipan at a chef’s demonstration in King’s Court/English College House Nov. 14. The event was one of a series of hands-on demonstrations held periodically in campus dining halls.
