At a ceremony honoring police
officers and SpectaGuard security agents April 26, Penn Police Officer
Norman Owens receives a certificate from incoming Undergraduate
Assembly Chair Dana Hork (C02). For the second year, the UA
asked students to name officers they thought worthy of recognition
for their service; 19 officers and guards were nominated. Besides
Owens, they are Floyd Johnson, Stacy Livingston, Phil Lyndon, Charles
McCarry, Peg OMalley, Miguel Ortiz, Ray Rodman, Larry Singer,
John Washington and John Wylie of the Penn Police and Allied-SpectaGuard
employees Charlene Johnson, Toni Matthews, Beatrice Murray, Rennie
Murray, Jason Nelson, Chris Polite, Tyrone Robinson and Constance
Williams.
