WHAT SHE DOES: Director of Community Housing Stefany Jones manages Penns mortgage-assistance programs for West Philadelphia homebuyers, runs housing workshops and organizes the annual Community Housing Fair. Her office also offers walk-in and on-the-job-site counseling for employees with housing questions and can assist people looking to sell their own homes or rebuild their credit.
WHOS BEEN HELPED: Since 1998, 285 employees purchased under Penns Enhanced Mortgage Program. More than 100 have used the Guaranteed Mortgage Program and 125 used the home-improvement loan program. Since 1999, 890 have attended the housing workshops.
