Although temperatures are rising, Penns utility bills should fall, thanks to an environmental blitz Facilities Services conducted in Harnwell College House over Spring Break. During the blitz, Facilities Maintenance staff fixed 104 plumbing leaks and installed 800 energy-saving devices like the compact fluorescent light bulbs service mechanic Tom Neborak is installing here in a dorm room kitchen.
