of the four people who serve as first point of contact for current
and
prospective CGS students. The
front office staff handle general inquiries about CGS programs,
provide information about admissions and enrollment, and process
applications. VISITORS PER WEEK: The CGS front office staff see or talk on the
phone with 600 to 800 people each week during the academic year;
