Who better to guest lecture a course on organizational dynamics than a team coach? Larry Brown, former coach of the 76ers, now with the Detroit Pistons, gave a lecture to two Organizational Dynamics Program classes Sept. 16. In a talk filled with personal anecdotes, Brown also made some serious points about running a team. One of them: Selfish players who won’t pass the ball should consider playing a different sport. That principle can be easily adapted to fit any team effort.
