Get your blood pumping with the latest round of PennFit events, a wellness program offered to Penn students, faculty and staff.
All classes are free of charge to Pottruck Center members. Reservations may be made through Jennifer Hunt, assistant director of personal training and athletics, at email@example.com.
These PennFit classes take place in the Pottruck Health and Fitness Center, 3701 Walnut St. You may reach the Recreation Department by phone at 898-6100, or via the web at www.upenn.edu/recreation.
Body Composition and Blood Pressure Measurements
Get your body fat percentage measured and blood pressure checked. This will be held in Room G-16 in Pottruck.
Oct. 2, noon to 1 p.m., Oct. 20, 4 to 5 p.m., Oct. 30, 8 to 9 a.m.
Cycling Master Class
This is a 90-minute group exercise or spinning class that is open to athletes of all levels. This class is perfect for beginners curious about this challenging exercise. The class will be held in Studio 306.
Oct. 4, 10:30 a.m. to noon
Boot Camp Master Class
This is a group aerobics class designed to get the blood moving. It will be held in Studio 409.
