According to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, legal problems

may have unintended legal effects on another. This seminar will address
the broad legal issues in elder care and how to find an attorney or other
elder care professional to assist you in making plans and caring for
an elderly relative. Some of the legal issues include:
• Medicaid
• Medicare claims and appeals

• Estate planning and the preservation/transfer of assets
