Besides helping people with any number of PennCard problems—everything from the classic “My PennCard is not in the system” to correcting information—Gadson also is responsible for printing new PennCards and taking PennCard photos.
“With me,” Gadson says, “about 80 out of 100.” For those people who just can’t get the photo right, Gadson will allow them to bring in a favorite photo from home. Most of the time, she says, she can scan it into the system.
