Wednesday, Jan. 20 The Saw Doctors visit the studio
Thursday, Jan. 21 DJ Special: interviews with Talvin Singh and Josh Wink
Friday, Jan. 22 Duncan Shiek drops by Tongue & Groove Studios to perform songs from his new album, "Humming"
Monday, Jan. 25 An encore presentation of Gillian Welch's studio visit
Tuesday, Jan. 26 The Cafe goes Down Under to celebrate Australia Day
Wednesday, Jan. 27 Austin's David Garza drops by to perform work from his latest release, "This Euphoria"
"The World Cafe", which is heard on more than 100 public radio stations nationwide, is produced by WXPN-FM (88.5) and airs locally from 2 to 7 p.m. weekdays. All live appearances air during the 3 to 4 p.m. hour.
