Dr. Donald Kettl
is a professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania and founder of TheNextGovernment.com, a project of Penn’s Fels Institute of Government, which analyzes candidates' campaign pledges. He is author of the forthcoming book “The Next Government of the United States: Why Our Institutions Fail Us and How to Fix Them.”

Dr. Steven Freeman
is a senior lecturer and resident scholar in the Graduate Program of Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. He is co-author of “Was the 2004 Presidential Election Stolen? Exit Polls, Election Fraud, and the Official Count.” Dr. Freeman is founder of Election Integrity, a non-partisan organization established to verify the vote count and expose election fraud.

Dr. Jack Nagel
, professor of political science at Penn researches elections, political participation and voting theory. His publications include "The Probability of Disputable Outcomes Under Direct and Indirect Elections, With Applications to the Electoral College." He is advisor to the Center for Voting and Democracy's Fair Vote project.
