Credentials: An expert on post-World War I Germany and Europe, Dr. Childers can discuss political divisions in Germany following World War I that contributed to Adolf Hitler's rise to power. Dr. Childers is the author of numerous books on modern German history and teaches courses on war and society in the 20th century, the Third Reich and the world at war.
