Heat-Related Illness Prevention Tips for Older Adults:

"Prevent heat stress by drinking at least half a glass of water every hour during the day. Check in with neighbors or friends each day during periods of extreme heat, and ask them to check in with you if they don't hear from you. And remember that new confusion might be the only sign of a heat stroke in older adults and others will chronic illnesses."
