HUD's Landmark Report: Annual Homeless Assessment for Congress

On Wed., Feb. 28, at 1 p.m., the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will release a landmark report on the scope and nature of homelessness in America at its headquarters in Washington, D.C.  A University of Pennsylvania professor helped to author the first "Annual Homeless Assessment Report to Congress," and is available for comment.
