Kenneth Feinberg will discuss how the law can be applied to provide unconventional responses to national tragedies.
Feinberg is the administrator of the $20 billion BP oil spill compensation fund. In 2009, he oversaw compensation for executives at firms that received federal bailout funds. Also, he was the special master for the federal September 11th victim compensation fund.
