WHAT: The first 2010 symposium of the Field Center for Children’s Policy, Practice and Research at the University of Pennsylvania. “Health-Care Reform: Hope for the Welfare of Children” will focus on how health-care reform will have a significant impact on child welfare.
The Field Center brings together Penn’s schools of Social Policy & Practice, Law and Medicine and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to improve the child-welfare system and the lives of child-abuse and neglect victims.
