He has worked with the City of New York to address its homeless issues and illustrate how the lack of affordable housing can lead to homelessness. • He can discuss the new Housing and Urban Development grants designed to benefit several programs in local communities across the country, what efforts are currently underway to end chronic homelessness, “Housing First” programs and the stimulus package’s potential impact on homelessness.
